Colleen has a Bachelor of Science (Human Communication Science) degree from Curtin University with extensive experience across Acute, Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Adult Disability environments.
 
Colleen's work ethic, clinical skills and dedication was acknowledged in 2012 with nominations in the Western Australian Allied Health Rotary Awards for:
 
  • Speech Pathologist of the Year
  • Allied Health Professional of the Year
 
Colleen is passionate about Speech Pathology and keeps abreast of the latest therapy techniques and research. She has been the recipient of the Don Hutchison Scholarship 3 times across her career and has presented her research both locally and internationally.
 
Colleen is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and the Private Speech Pathologists Association of Western Australia.
 
Consultant Educator
Colleen has a Certificate IV (Training and Assessment) and has been involved in educating staff and students for a number of years. Colleen is a confident presenter and engages her audience with her humour and interactive workshops.
